I am a designer and researcher based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I have a keen interest in sustainable design, materials exploration, innovation within crafts, and design research methods informed by participatory and collaborative design approaches.
I'm most interested in exploring methods of making, and in the meeting point between art, design, crafts, technology and people. I believe it is essential to question our interactions with the objects and surroundings which we value in order to challenge the creative process.
My journey has taken me from the West End of London to the mountaintops of the Andes, and back again.
I've developed a wide-ranging skillset since graduating from Central Saint Martins, London in Textile Design (BA) in 2012. Since then I have gained experience in design development and research, textile and jewellery design, concept and product development, and have worked with a number of social development projects.
Most recently, in 2018, I completed an MA in Co-design from KADK, Copenhagen.
